Senghom, one of our students who was awarded a full scholarship from 2018 to 2022 has recently completed her degree in Business Administration Program in Business English, from Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna. She is now moving to the next step in her career plan.
Her difficulty going to college back in 2018 was similar to many other nationality-less students. As many of them were born into impoverished families so it was almost impossible to continue their studies on their own efforts. A lot of them wished they could apply for a student loan, unfortunately, it is impossible for stateless or nationality-less students as having Thai citizenship is one of the requirements. Up to now, the requirement regarding citizenship has remained unchanged. This is one of the reasons why we still need to continue providing the scholarship which we can never make it happen without the support from our generous donors.
